Cancellation Requests

Refund Eligibility
- Refunds will be provided only for cancellations made within 7 days of the initial service subscription or advertisement listing. After this period, no refunds will be issued.
- Refunds will be processed only if the cancellation request is approved and the service or advertisement listing has not yet been utilized or published.
Refund Process
- Approved refund requests will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used during the transaction.
Non-Refundable Services
Any fees paid for premium services, featured listings, or other value-added services are nonrefundable once the service has been rendered or the advertisement has been published.
Dispute Resolution
- As www.svarnabhumi.com is service provider facilitator platform owned by Svarnabhumi and not a party to any transactions between buyers and sellers, it shall not be responsible for resolving any disputes arising from such transactions.
- Users are advised to independently verify all information provided on our website, including facts and figures, before entering into any transaction.
